Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes
July 27,2026

The meeting was called to order by Hildebrandt at 5:31 p.m.

Board members present: Cromwell, Pratt (by phone) Shanle, Adams, Luna, Bramel and Hildebrandt. Librarian Hopkins was also present.

Approval of Minutes

The minutes of the June meeting were reviewed. Luna moved to approve the minutes as read. Cromwell seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously.

Financial Reports

The financial reports for June were presented and reviewed. Bramel moved to approve the financial reports with the correction to the month. Shanle seconded the motion, and the motion carried unanimously.

Circulation and Materials

Circulation statistics and newly acquired materials were discussed.

Monthly Bills

The board reviewed the monthly bills. Bramel moved to approve the bills for payment. Pratt seconded the motion, and the motion carried unanimously.

Old Business

Terri has put together a summer reading program summary. 48 patrons signed up, 40 were in the prize drawing and 18 prizes were handed out.

New Business

The library received $3904.86 from Sangamon County and $13,283.01 from Macon County

The meeting adjourned at 5:47 p.m.
