Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes
March 23, 2026

The meeting was called to order by President Hildebrandt at 5:36 p.m.

Board Members Present: Adams, Luna, Bramel, Shanle
Absent: Cromwell, Pratt
Also Present: Librarian Hopkins

Approval of Minutes

The minutes of the February meeting were reviewed. Bramel moved to approve the minutes as presented. Shanle seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously.

Financial Reports

The financial reports for February were presented and reviewed. Shanle moved to approve the financial reports. Adams seconded the motion, and the motion carried unanimously.

Circulation and Materials

Circulation statistics and newly acquired materials were discussed.

Monthly Bills

The board reviewed the monthly bills. Hildebrandt moved to approve the bills for payment. Bramel seconded the motion, and the motion carried unanimously.

Old Business

No old business was discussed.

New Business

No new business was discussed.

Adjournment

The meeting adjourned at 5:46 p.m.
