Board Meeting Minutes – January 26, 2026

The meeting was called to order by Hildebrandt at 5:39 p.m.

Board Members Present: Luna, Cromwell, Shanle, Adams, Bramel
Absent: Pratt
Also Present: Director Hopkins

Approval of Minutes

The minutes of the January meeting were approved as read. Bramel moved to approve the minutes, Cromwell seconded, and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

Financial Reports

The financial reports for January were reviewed and approved. Cromwell moved to approve the reports, Shanle seconded, and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

Circulation and Materials

Circulation statistics and newly acquired materials were discussed.

Monthly Bills

The monthly bills were reviewed. Luna moved to approve the bills for payment, Adams seconded, and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

Old Business

The WRP (Winter Reading Program) is ongoing for the month of January and doing well.

The Budget and Levy Ordinances were filed at the Macon and Sangamon County Courthouses in December.

New Business

No new business to report.

The meeting adjourned at 5:56 p.m.
