Illiopolis/Niantic Public Library District
Board Meeting Minutes – September 22, 2025

The meeting was called to order by Hildebrandt at 5:39 p.m.

Board members present: Cromwell, Pratt, Shanle, Adams, Luna, and Bramel.
Also present: Director Hopkins.

Approval of Minutes

The minutes of the August meeting were approved as read.
Cromwell moved to approve the minutes, Luna seconded, and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

Financial Reports

The financial reports for August were reviewed and approved.
Bramel moved to approve the reports, Pratt seconded, and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

Circulation and Materials

Circulation statistics and newly acquired materials were discussed.

Monthly Bills

The monthly bills were reviewed.
Bramel moved to approve the bills for payment, Cromwell seconded, and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

Old Business

No old business to discuss.

New Business

The Library received $9,432.48 from Macon County property taxes on September 11.

The meeting adjourned at 5:47 p.m.
