Board Meeting Minutes – November 17, 2025

The meeting was called to order by Cromwell at 5:52 p.m.

Board members present (in person): Cromwell, Luna
Board members present via telephone: Bramel, Pratt
Also present: Director Hopkins

Approval of Minutes

The minutes of the October meeting were approved as read. Luna moved to approve the minutes, Cromwell seconded, and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

Financial Reports

The financial reports for October were reviewed and approved. Bramel moved to approve the reports, Cromwell seconded, and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

Circulation and Materials

Circulation statistics and newly acquired materials were discussed.

Monthly Bills

The monthly bills were reviewed. Luna moved to approve the bills for payment, Bramel seconded, and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

Old Business

There was no old business to discuss.

New Business

Hopkins presented the Prevailing Wage Ordinance. Bramel moved to approve the ordinance, Pratt seconded, and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

Hopkins presented the Tentative Budget & Appropriation Ordinance. Pratt moved to approve the ordinance, Bramel seconded, and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

Hopkins presented the Tentative Levy Ordinance. Luna moved to approve the ordinance, Pratt seconded, and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

The next monthly meeting was moved from December 22nd to Wednesday the 17th to accommodate the budget and levy hearing.

The meeting adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
