Illiopolis/Niantic PLD

January 27, 2025 board meeting.

Hildebrandt called the meeting to order at 5:34 pm, with Hopkins, Luna, Shanle, Cromwell, Shanle, Adams, and Bramel present.

The minutes of the December meeting were approved as read. Luna moved that the minutes be approved. Cromwell seconds it and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

Financial reports were read & approved for June. Cromwell moved that the minutes be approved. Pratt seconds it and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

Circulation and materials acquired were discussed.

Monthly bills were discussed. Cromwell moved that the bills be approved for payment. Adams seconds it and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

OLD BUSINESS

The Budget & Levy Ordinances were filed at the Macon and Sangamon County Courthouses.

NEW BUSINESS

No new business to report on.

The meeting adjourned at 6:02 pm.
