April 2024 minutes

April 22, 2024 board meeting.

Cromwell called the meeting to order at 5:31 pm with the librarian Hopkins, Bramel, Luna, Shane, and Adams present.

The minutes of the February meeting were approved as read. Bramel moved that the minutes be approved. Adams seconds it and the motion carried with no opposing votes. The minutes of the March meeting were approved as read. Luna moved that the minutes be approved. Bramel seconds it and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

Financial reports were read & approved for February. Luna moved that the minutes be approved. Bramel seconds it and the motion carried with no opposing votes. Financial reports for March were approved as read. Luna moved that the minutes be approved. Adams seconds it and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

Circulation and materials acquired were discussed.

Monthly bills were discussed. Bramel moved that the bills be approved for payment. Shanle seconds it and the motion carried with no opposing votes.
