Board Meeting March 27, 2023

Cromwell called the meeting to order at 5:38 PM with the librarian Hopkins and trustees Shanle, Luna, and Adams present.

The minutes of the February meeting were approved as read. Luna moved that the reports be approved, Shanle seconds it and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

Financial reports were read and discussed. Shanle moved that the February reports be approved, Adams seconded it and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

Circulation and materials acquired were discussed.

Monthly bills were discussed. Luna moved that the bills be approved for payment, Shanle seconds it and the motion carried with no opposing votes.
