OLD BUSINESS

Hopkins received a letter that the Per Capita Grant she wrote was awarded $3,013.43.

We received $12,500 from the Illiopolis Corporate Replacement Fund Tax.

NEW BUSINESS

Hopkins addressed the board about the bird-dropping issues all over the memorial bench. It was put on several social media sites looking for a contractor that could build something to cover it plus keep the birds at bay. The parking lot bids varied in explanation from a lot to very little on what each contractor would do. Bob Fleck will contact each one and get more details and be ready to report back by the next meeting.

The meeting adjourned at 6:06 p.m.

Secretary Shelley S. Hopkins
