Board Meeting April 24, 2023

Hildebrandt called the meeting to order at 5:36 PM with the librarian Hopkins and trustees Cromwell, Shanle, Luna, Adams, and Bramel present and Pratt absent.

The minutes of the March meeting were approved as read. Cromwell moved that the reports be approved, Luna seconds it and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

Financial reports were read and discussed. Bramel moved that the March reports be approved, Shanle seconds it and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

Circulation and materials acquired were discussed.

Monthly bills were discussed. Bramel moved that the bills be approved for payment, Cromwell seconds it and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

OLD BUSINESS

Hopkins shared the election results.

NEW BUSINESS

The election of officers was held. Bramel made a motion for Hildebrandt to retain her role as president. Shanle seconds it and the motion carried with no opposing votes. Bramel made a motion for Cromwell to be vice president. Shanle seconds it and the motion carried with no opposing votes. Bramel made a motion for Adams to be secretary. Shanle seconds it and the motion carried with no opposing votes. Bramel made a motion for Shanle to retain her role as treasurer. Luna seconds it and the motion carried with no opposing votes. Bramel made a motion for Luna to be assistant treasurer. Cromwell seconds it and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

The meeting adjourned at 5:53 PM
