OLD BUSINESS

The book drop has been received and installed at the high school in Niantic. A thank you card will be sent to Bruce Stolz and Jason Knobloch for the work they did installing it.

Hopkins had requested help with attaining health insurance at the December meeting that was tabled until January. She presented four quotes on health insurance for the board to review. Ervin made the motion that the library will pay half, $220, for a Blue Cross & Blue Shield Choice Preferred Gold PPO and that Shelley will pay the other half that will be deducted from her wages. This will be reviewed on a annual basis or if any major changes occur. Judge seconds it and the motion carried with no opposing votes.

Judge will be leaving the board in February and we will continue to search for a candidate to appoint to fill out her vacancy.
